Infertility problems

It's been 2 years of TTC #1. I have a regular period and I ovulate And cramping isn't a problem for me. My husband is getting checked first next week. If things go 100% for him and I get checked what could be my issue? I assume not PCOS or endometriosis.. or is it still possible? Is there any other infertility conditions I should research or ask about I'm not familiar with this.
