Life after abortion?

I'm currently 28 and healthy, but in the past at the age of 22 I had an abortion due to high medical risks at that time. Anyone have to have an abortion before? How did you better prepare yourself or how did you bounce back? I want children dearly but financially I am no were near stable- so I'm waiting a little while longer till I feel capable enough....pls share( all anti abortion comments please keep to yourself, thank you)
