Premature Atrial Contractions

Jules
Hello, I just had my 20 week anatomy scan- it's a girl and everything looks perfect! The one concern was the presence of Premature Atrial Contractions (PACs) and now I have been referred for a fetal echocardiogram. The dr said that PACs are mostly benign and correct themselves, also the baby's heart rate was 136 which is not so high to be concerning. I haven't been drinking caffeine but I've been eating chocolate every day and using cocoa butter. Anyone had any experience with this? If it's going to be benign temporary condition I don't want to go down the rabbit hole of needless testing. I've seen some things online where people go for fetal echocardiogram twice a month after PAC is diagnosed. Obviously I'm cutting out the chocolate and cocoa butter. Thanks!!
