Is it possible I could of had a mc same time as period due :(

I was spotting 2 weeks ago and getting headaches etc that felt same as my first pregnancy and then I can on what I thought was period but it was brown blood mixed with pinky red for a week and the day I was ment to come off I came on a heavy period fresh red blood with clots now all together I have been on "period" for 9 days I came off the depo last August iv had periods every 40 to 43 days but iv never been on longer then a week I don't know what to think I'm worried I have somthing wrong with me or that I had a mc
