Baby wise method book. Has anyone tried it?

I read it and applied it with our baby within the first week and it's been amazing. My baby started sleeping through the night at 5 1/2 or 6 weeks. It's helped me learn to differentiate when she's actually hungry and when she just needs attention or soothing. I've also heard great success stories from friends and family who have used it. It's definitely what I would recommend to any expecting parent!

I bought this book with my last baby, but after reading and research, we decided not to use this method. It's rather controversial and has been linked to "failure to thrive" for some babies. No thanks.

Just got it and started to use it with our 3 week newborn. Will report after a month or so.

Everyone swears by this book.

We used this method with our now 2 1/2 year old and she has always been an amazing sleeper.  I babysat for a family who swore by this book and it worked for us too.  I have a one month old and plan to use these methods with him.
