Ok so I'm not on my period infact I missed it I am not sexually active so I know I'm not pregnant but I don't know what the hell is in my underwear like I thought I got my period beacuse I can feel it when I do have it I have had cramps mood swings headaches and my other normal stuff for when I do but I thing this might be like spotting maybe. HELP PEOPLE WTF IS IN MY PANNTIES

The full lining of your uterus has not shed yet. That is mostly enzymes and liquids that usually facilitates the process of shredding the uterine wall. During your next period you'll probably have a day of really dark black blood that's just old blood coming out of you, then it'll come normally. If it has any odor or if you're feeling any burning or pressure inside, please contact your gynecologist. Hope this helps!
