3D 4D ultrasound tips?

I'm 31 weeks and 1 day today and I have my 3D 4D ultrasound scheduled for later today! Any tips on getting the best viewing of my baby? 😊

Drink over 100 ounces of water daily and avoid caffeine. My pictures were fantastic!

Have some orange juice before you go. It makes them move a little but not too much. If they move around too much it is hard to get a clear image. My ultrasound tech worked with us for over an hour to get all of the shots we wanted

I wish! I went in for mine and did everything I read or was told. He still wouldn't turn over to us, lol they have a mind of their own! Good luck!!

Honestly the tricks don't won't lol baby does what baby wants you just gotta keep your fingers crossed and hope baby works with you lol

Your baby will do what it wants lol. My daughters legs were crossed for our 20 week scan & at our 31 week scan her hands were in her face lol.

I have zero tips. I avoided caffeine and sugar a few days before mine cause my baby is SUPER active yet he was still wide awake and moving a lot. The cord was in his face at first so I walked a bit and did squats but all that did was make him move and shove his face into the placenta 😑 after a lot of prodding we managed to get a few ok face shots but most of the pictures and video he's blurry cause he kept moving.
