Is anyone else on the shot while breastfeeding? If so, how did it affect your supply? I've been struggling with low supply this week, but there are several factors that I think might be to blame: I switched to larger breastshield flanges and I'm using a lower suction level on my pump b/c of sore, cracked nipples, plus I got the (progesterone only) shot on Monday. I can't tell which, if any, is causing my lower supply/output when I pump. (I'm exclusively pumping b/c my LO won't latch right now.)
