Ankle injury - at ER

So I was involved in a freak accident this morning where some heavy folding tables outside a furniture store fell on my ankle - it's cut and swollen. The store manager was kind and came out and spoke to me and brought me paper towels and some ice. Went to minute clinic and they cleaned it up some but sent me to ER for X-ray and tetanus. I called the Obgyn and they said it's all fine... My question is - do you think I should try to get the store to pay for my copays? I mean it truly was an accident but it was on their property. Thoughts appreciated!
