so, my son is 14 weeks old. last week while giving him a bath, I noticed that his right testicle looked like a balloon being blown up. then after a few seconds it went back down. today it happened a few times while getting his lotioned from his bath. I'm not sure how often it happens..but he's only really without a diaper during bath time. I do not think it has any relevance to baths. (water is not hot or cold) has anyone experienced this with their boys? any idea what it could be? not sure if I should call the doctor on call or not.
