HELP - 3 first response faint positives / 1 crystal clear VERY faint positive

ladies i took 2 first response tests yesterday ( 3 days before expected period) and both came up with faint positives. i took another first reponse again today a faint positive aswell. i also took a crystal clear test and it came up with a VERY faint blue positive. i have also been taking 'swisse liver detox tablets' will these affect my tests or the hcg hormone and give me false hope? im two dys before expected period!! help :( i really hope i am pregnnt :(
