My absolute favorite position was in the recovery position leaning on my tummy and on the front of my hip bone... With pillows supporting my tummy, under my leg... and anywhere a pillow is needed.... it takes the pressure off the hip bone☺ And also you don't have to sleep right on your hips... just put a pillow under one side so your on your back but laying at an angle... If you try to sleep right in your side it's gonna get uncomfortable really fast (well more uncomfortable?)
