Did my water break? Only 12 weeks

Hi ladies. We are 12 weeks today with di/di twins. I am waiting on a call back from the on call dr but wanted to know if any of you experienced this...I felt leaky (which is not that uncommon for me), but then all the sudden it felt like I was peeing myself full on and it was a mixture of blood and water. Did one or both of my waters break?

Update: incase any of you have this same experience. Went to the ER and babies are measuring on time with good heart rates and they were very active. One of the babies sacs has a sub chorionic hemmorage and therefore has a higher rate for miscarriage. We will follow up with our specialist next week. My waters broke at 18 weeks. Very similar to what you've described. Had a slight sweet/ammonia smell but not urine. The only way to know for sure is to do the litmus paper test. Your doctor will do that.
