Okay, so I make his formula. Put the water to 4 oz. put two scoops in bc one scoop is 2 oz of water right? Well once I do that and shake it up I look at the measurements and it's a little over 4oz. Is that right? I mean normal? I'm sorry if I sound stupid but I have no idea.
