Has anyone ever just known after BD that they got pregnant that moment?

Last night for some reason I just felt like it was time and twins. I know it sounds ridiculous, but I just did! I know my body pretty well, even if this is super far-fetched.

Um its possible I guess but scientifically probably not specially since it'll take days before you are actually pregnant

I didn't have a "feeling" the moment I got pregnant but I just felt really confident that it was our month. But I felt that way even before i ovulated. I just felt very confident that God was going to answer our prayers and he did.
