Does my dog know I'm pregnant?

Our family pup (full bred lab) hasn't left my side for they past few weeks (I am 4w3d today). She follows me EVERYWHERE and either leans against me or lays her head on my lap/belly when I'm sitting. Can she really already tell?? Is this a sign of a good protector in her?

My golden lab knows for sure. It's so annoying lol nothing worse than lying in the couch with morning sickness and the dog coming up and sniffing my face. Dog breath eww!

She also follows me everywhere, lies by my bed until I fall asleep and then goes to her bed.

Yeah the dog knows lol my so's dog made me take a pregnancy test because he was a large pit it was weird that he just hoped on the couch laying his head on my stomach and when me and my so play fight he'll pull at him to get off and usually the dog doesn't care for me unless I have food

I have 3 dogs.. A beagle, lab, and Boston terrier mix, a Pomeranian chihuahua mix, and a full blooded Pomeranian. 
My big boy Remington who is on the bottom has known every time I've been pregnant. Every morning he wakes up and licks my belly and my baby girl Sophia which is the dark brown one in the left constantly lays on my belly. And if someone other than DH tries to get near me she goes ballistic.

They def know. I have a 7 years-old poodle and he knew since I was around 4 weeks. He was acting different barking at me every time he saw me and always besides me. He loves my husband more than me, so when he started to choose me instead of my husband I confirmed he knew it!! For now I'm enjoying my dog loving me more.. I guess until baby is born, lol.

I'm 7 weeks 3 days and my dog and cats know. They follow me around everywhere even more than before and my dog is very careful around my stomach now. He usually puts his head on my stomach when I'm laying down too.

My Dane and cat know. They've been acting differently and my Dane who has no aggressive bones in his huge body has gotten very protective of me, even towards my husband. My cat, who usually doesn't care less about people has been spending lots of time with me, which is abnormal for him, half the time I felt like I just had him to buy cat food and put some out every day lol

Mine always wants to lay near my belly. He's been a mommas boy his whole life but now he is always cuddling me. I love it! I hope it means they're good protectors! Mine acts like a puppy still so it worries me for when baby comes, although he doesn't jump on me anymore.
