Has anyone conceived while on antidepressants?

I have severe anxiety and have been on anti depressants for a long time. I finally weaned off of them due to ttc, however I'm starting to wonder if part of the reason I'm having trouble is because of too much anxiety being off the medication. I'd prefer not to be on it.

I'm sorry to hear that. I had severe depression for a while, but eventually I felt less depressed and more anxious than anything. Severe panic and anxiety. However after being on pills for years, I was starting to feel like I couldn't think straight anymore. I generally feel better off of them, however I wonder if my stress is just normal ttc stress or if it's anxiety creeping back.

I have been on anti depressants for a very long time as well.  My RE said that taking the generic Cymbalta was fine as long as I understood the risks.  For me, going off them is not an option.  The last time I attempted suicide and almost succeeded.  For my own mental health I stay on them.  Also, I found one that helps with my anxiety, so that I only have to be taking one pill.
