Honestly it depends on your midwifes beliefs. If she's a more traditional midwife who believes the body does its own work, probably not, it just depends on her personally.

It's up to your midwife however I just saw a news article on yahoo about a woman who was induced early so her husband could see the baby before passed away of a terminal illness sadly he passed a few days after the birth I would explain the situation and see what happens I'll pray for u

My sister was induced for no reason at 38 weeks maybe just talk to your midwife?

I guess it all depends on  midwives but..I have used then 2 now and they never induce until at least 10 days over. OBS would no problem. Midwives believe in what is best for baby and mom health wise. I wish you the best of luck

So sorry to hear that. Dont always listen to doctors! Its in gods hands when he takes your mum . I pray she gets to see the baby x
