Crazy Cycle

Hey guys. For a week and 3 days I was on antibiotics for strep. Not only did my period come early in the 1st week, I bled normally for all of 1 hour and had spotting for a day and a half. Every time I had an orgasm I'd bleed and then it'd go away, and I'd go back to having period symptoms with no period. Now I'm bleeding lightly again with cramps, sore boobs, bloating, headache, and the emotional agitation. I had sex for the first time 3 weeks ago, he didn't even cum, and we used 2 condoms (not together, one after the other, as the first grew dry) just to be safe. I dont have any nausea or food aversions or cravings, but still, because I'm not on the pill and what if I got some precum or something??? Is it the antibiotics playing with my cycle? Or am I (😢😢😢) pregnant and experiencing implantation bleeding? Please help!
