Men struggle with every other day suggestion??😭

I was wondering if any of y'all men have issues with having sex only every other day like suggested.

Mine has to have sex every day or he goes and jacks off... (and sometimes that isnt even enough)

It's making me really upset though were not fully TTC... I have PCOS and I'm afraid it is going to really effect his count for when we do try to conceive.

I also have pcos and it took my husband and I 8 months to conceive. I was on metformin 2000 mgs daily and nothing for the first 7 months. I then found out I had hypothyroidism and was placed on levothyroxine and bam, pregnant 6 weeks later. Hypothyroidism is often comorbid with pcos. Managing your insulin resistance and balancing hormones is key to conceiving. As you are aware, the main problem is with sporadic ovulation when it comes to conceiving with pcos. I would work on making sure my hormones are balanced more than trying to limit his sexual activity. The problem is more likely to be the pcos unfortunately. Good luck to you!

I told my husband when my fertile week was and told him he needs to "save his energy" for me.  He didn't argue or complain one bit and we got pregnant that cycle.

Just explain to him how it makes you feel ? Does he look at porn ? Pictures ?, I'm happy for my partner to do it if I'm not around and he isn't looking at porn or pictures of other women

When we were ttc we did it once a day and I told him no jerking off in between, worked for us ☺
