37+1 and 5cm dilated...how can i get them out??

My induction is scheduled literally 7 days from now for my di/di boys... I just want my water to break or something so we can get this over with. Any suggestions?

Sex, squats,nipple stimulating, orgasm can help, walking, more sex more sex uhhhhh more sex, walk up in down the stairs if you got them, what put my friend in labor was Chinese food, and also said spicy food can help.....presure points too will help

I'm 38 weeks and going in for a medical induction tomorrow. I have tried everything this past week to go into labor naturally! Nothing has worked! 😕 Unfortunately, I think if your body isn't ready then nothing will work. The one thing that I thought was going to do it was I asked my doctor to do a membrane sweep. He did a very agressive sweep and if you're already 5cm dilated I think that may do it for you! I would ask at your next appointment! Good luck!!

Spicy food helps, i heard egg plants help, lots of sex, bouncing on a medicine ball, walking.

For me it was just lots of walking with my singleton.  Inclines help too if you have any hills in your area.  But make sure you're drinking plenty of water and resting in between.  I was a couple cm dialated and then felt him drop.  So stayed home from work and just took tons of short walks while resting and eating/drinking water in between.  By that night I was into hard contractions and my labor progressed nicely and he was born the next morning.  Good luck and let us know how it goes!
