Too much water?

Question

I'm almost 21 weeks, and I drink water pretty consistently through out the day.
but if I drink a whole cup in one sitting, I get extremely nauseous and feel overly full. It's so uncomfortable.

Anyone else like this? I guess I just have to drink very slowly lol

Drinking too quickly, especially while pregnant can cause nausea. Recommended intake of water is half your body weight in ounces of water every day. Just for right now try sipping it slower or if you drink it cold try room temp or vice versa to see if that helps

You are drinking it too quick lol. That's what happens when you play sports too and chug a bottle much of water.
