Fijian bug, 11 weeks pregnant. Advice ?

Hello all. My partner and I went to Fiji and arrived back into Australia a couple days ago. I brought back a 24hr bug with me and spent a day spewing , cold sweats , body aches ect. Bug is now gone but wondering what everyone's advice is. I am 11 weeks and have our 12 week scan next week should I see a doctor before hand? I feel back to normal today. What would you do?
