Anyone else anemic?
So I got a call from my doctor to make sure I eat PLENTY of protein because I'm HIGHLY anemic (even before pregnancy) The doctor told me to eats lots of dairy, eggs, and of course meat. But I started laughing on the phone with her because I can't get enough of over-easy eggs, Greek yogurt, and 2% milk! I'm trying to avoid the extra iron pills due to the constapation. Instead I'm taking the B-12 supplements. I'm going to go get more lab work done in the next few weeks and hopefully my levels will be up! :)
