Not sure how to word this but basically, the last few times me and my SO have done the deed it's left Lower down so does it move?

Are you talking about his genetalia?  Yes, the muscles contract/relax with stimulation and air temperature (particularly his scrotum). The vagina doesn't do anything like this.
