Gallbladder

I've been to several doctors including a few Specialists and they haven't been able to get a solid diagnosis on me due to the fact that I've been pregnant and or nursing for the last four years. I'm also not presenting on ultrasound with gallstones or sludge. My gastroenterologist believes it has something to do with my gallbladder function. I have had horrible pains with all 3 of my pregnancies but this pregnancy by far has been the worst.

I am nearly nineteen weeks pregnant and have lost weight from all of the vomiting that I've been doing. At this point my diet consists of chicken broth and protein drinks which usually come right back up after I drink them. However because I have not lost more than 15 pounds they are refusing to take my pain seriously and since they can't get a diagnosis on me, and my labs show that the problem is not life threatening I'm pretty much just sitting here suffering... I mean I'm a pretty tough cookie and it takes a lot of pain to make me upset but everyone has their Breaking Point and I am way past mine. Has anyone else had to deal with anything like this?
