Early pregnancy

Hi guys, I've been suffering the last 7-10 days with a few things..I'm frequently feeling nauseous, my nipples are very sensitive, I have woke up with a headache everyday & certain smells which never bothered me now make me feel sick. I did a test yesterday but it was negative..is it possible that I have symptoms but it's too early to see a positive result on a test?
