No biggie it happens to me almost every time. Clots are commonly made up of the dead cells your body is trying to shed mixed with blood!

Its just was periods are, period can sometimes scratch your walls and while its getting rid of the eggs the wall tissue can sometimes come with it. nothing to worry about!

 Clots are most common during the heaviest part of your flow which is usually the first few days. It's normal to have this every now and then. Not to be alrmed over.
