I got my positive opk early this month on cd10. Which looking back, my urine was very concentrated so not sure if it was a false positive. Today is 7 dpo and woke up with cramping and feeling like I have vertigo. Almost fell over while getting ready for work several times. Just wondering if these could possibly be implantation symptoms. What were some symptoms before your BFP?
