My Obgyn told me to take prenatal vitamins. I have been for a few weeks now. Can they cause a positive pregnancy test? Like I took a few tests yesterday and they all came back positive.. Could this be because I'm taking them or I'm really pregnant. Since I took a test on Saturday I can't get to the doctors till tomorrow..
