Valid or invalid opk test?? HELP PLEASE

This is only my second time taking an ovulation test and the last one was very clearly a dark blue line and lighter line so I knew it was negative. On this test today, should the line be darker? Or is it still a valid but negative opk test? I took the pic at 3 minutes.

Maybe didnt get wet enough. But the lines dont match either.

It is a negative test. Your body always has lh so the test line can get darker and lighter up until your surge. Keep testing. :)
