Holy period like cramps batman! Omg!

I have been having period like cramps for a few days now (only four more days to go before 40 weeks), but nothing like this. I was actually surprised this morning, when I went to the bathroom, that my toilet paper wasn't covered in blood! These are staying and haven't gone away yet - is this early labor? Or just practice labor? Ftm-just don't know. Getting tired of being asked if I've had any contractions because I just don't know lol!
