Mercury from mussels?

I'm 8 weeks and 3 days. I've been having strong cravings for mussels but I'm worried about Mercury. Could I still enjoy mussels while pregnant? 😩

Answer

The saltwater ones contain low amounts so you can eat them just don't go crazy. If you get freshwater ones you can go crazy.
