Does taking the pill have an effect on your emotions

I started the pill about two years ago and since I started I get so mad over the stupidest things and stay mad for hours even when I know I'm mad about nothing! It's made me a crazy person and I feel so bad for my boyfriend for putting up with it for two years lol. Anyone else have an experience like this?

Yes, combination pill makes me completely insane. Like suicidal should be in a psych ward crazy. Progestogen-only doesn't have the same effect on me so I take that instead.
