Ok ladies question time again

Ok so it says I'm six weeks and four days but it saying I'm in the seven week process, ok so my question now is I have no symptoms at all other than just the tender breast, and the urinating alot, my question now is I started off with the very bad annoying cramps now it's like I'm not feel anything at all now it's like it's all gone SHOULD I BE WORRIED??? I'm confused on Whata going on here PLEASE HELP!!
