There's no true way to answer this question as there are many factors involved: do you have a tilted cervix, is your partners sperm count low, average or high, are your tubes clear & open, etc etc etc. the answer can range from "you can use the bathroom right after sex" to "lie perfectly still for 45 minutes with pillows under your hips".

Never used the bathroom after sex. Never gotten a uti. I read a LOT on here that 6ou have to pee after sex. I pee BEFORE sex. I very rarely need to pee after it. I always lie in bed for at least 10 minutes. Don't know the science,  people obviously get pregnant getting right up but I feel like as long as your bladder is empty already there's no need to rush to the bathroom. We often have sex at night so we just fall asleep right after and get up 7 hours later.
