Can I get pregnant if...?

I've been on the Depo shot since February (it's now June). I haven't had a period since March and no spotting. My BF and I had spontaneous unprotected sex 7 days ago, and I spotted a little afterwards. I noticed some red spotting today in my discharge after some "excitement" with him. Should I be worried about pregnancy, or is this normal?

I think the only way you can get pregnant on the Depo Shot is if you miss your next appointment for another shot. I think it is pretty reliable.

I've been on depo since I was 16 (almost 3 years now) I've had my ex and my current boyfriend finish in me a million times, never got pregnant. Unless you ovulate (which you aren't supposed to) then you're fine. That shot is over 98% effective. 🎉🙌🏼🤘🏻
