Need advice !!!

 my last period was 5days late and when it did come it was heavy with blood clots but I had no pain and only lasted 2 days. But iv been having signs of pregnancy such as sore nipples sickness in the morning, belly seems to be a little bigger and I just feel weird in myself. Iv had a child already who is 5 but I didn't find out with him till 4months. I did a test on Saturday but was negative so I'm really confused should I wait for  my next period this app says it is due in 10days but as I was late I'm not sure or should I got doctors ??? Need help
