Still feel pregnant after miscarriage

I had a miscarriage in January 16/1/16 i was 8 weeks gone, i went to hospital as i passed what looked like a sack and big enough clots that you could tell wasn't period i want for vignal scan and showed clots and a sack told me i lost baby then another doctor said it looked like an on going pregnancy the bleeding last near a week but got lighter bit by bit during the 7 days i then went back and then was told the was nothing there, but a tiny sack, should the had of removed it?

But now 5 months late my tummy's start to bloat out and is hard and getting nausea, am still getting my monthly periods on time could my body still think it's pregnant?
