I just had my baby the other day at 39 weeks and 3 days! What I did was walked and walked and walked everywhere and I'd say it really helped. I was walking at the mall when contractions were 10 mins apart and then I was at Walmart when they were 5 mins apart, then they got to 3 mins apart when I was at Target so we finally decided to go to the hospital and I was only in labor for 5 hours and pushing for under 10 mins and out popped my 7 lb 3.5 oz baby girl 💗first baby as well! I've never been more in love 💗😍
