HSG test done and now I'm scarred

I had an HSG test done this morning. It really hurt. The radiologist said that my left tube did what it was suppose to do, the dye went they well but on the right side the dye didn't spill like it was suppose to and he kept referring to seeing lesions in the Fallopian tubes. He asked if I have ever had a pelvic infection and I haven't ever had one before. I tried to ask some questions about what they would do and if the HSG unblocked the tube and he just said my doctor would get the results and call me. I tried to google what Fallopian tube lesions could be and I kept seeing cancer pop up online. Has anyone else had an HSG test done with similar results? My doctors won't be calling me until Monday at the earliest because it's Thanksgiving tomorrow. Any input or responses would be helpful.
