Tmi freak out!!!

Its been 3 weeks since the birth of my first child. Im no longer bleeding but I get this goody clear light yellow stuff from the front now...but just now I had to poop really bad where I had to push to get it out. When I wiped there was blood only in the back...the poop didnt have blood in it just on the toilet paper. I kept wiping and the blood was gone after two wipes...am I ok? What happened?
