Engorged boob!
Hey everyone! So a few hours ago I noticed a small hard lump on my breast...I've been pumping and massaging it and it's only gotten bigger and more painful! I exclusively pump and I can't get it to go down! I took some ibuprofen and it doesn't seem to be helping. I also took a bath and put a warm rag on it. Still hurts! Any tips on how to help it go down?
