Weird discharge/bleeding

Yesterday and today I have been having this strange colored discharge/bleeding when I wipe. It almost looks orange. Kind of like blood and creamy white discharge mixed together. Usually when I spot before my period, I don't have discharge with it. Has anyone else experienced this? I have PCOS so my periods are random every few months so I don't know if my period is coming.
