Curious need help pls...

I'm having a very little brownies blood after my 2 hours bath and my period should be on 22nd what is that meant? I test my self this morning and it was negative and now im having a brownies blood I am worried 😭😭😭 and it's been 3 days that I've been feeling sick hot flashes 🤒
