Me and my husband want to surprise both my family and his for Christmas that I am pregnant. This is our first and will be the first grandchild for both of our parents. I will be 3 months. Any ideas on how to surprise them? Besides T-Shirts. Also, do you think it is "bad" if we don't buy them all individual gifts along with that. We are newly weds and don't make a lot of money :/ we both have big families. We would have a total of 10 ppl to buy for individually. I'm sure they won't care but we're not billionaires to go drop all this money on everyone. I think pregnancy is a big surprise. I'm stuck on what to do :/
