30 weeks with some constant cramping!??

Help! Constant cramping for the past hour, lower back pain as well! What could it be? Should I go to my nearest labor & delivery since my doctor office is closed? Feels more like menstrual cramping but I'm nervous!

Kidney infection? I had pretty nasty cramping in the front and it was a UTI. I'd just call your dr tmrw. Could also be Braxton hicks contraction.

I'm high risk so I know somethings are different for me than someone that isn't. My doctor has told me any cramping or bleeding I'm to go to l&d asap. I'd rather have peace of mind as well..

First, get cozy, relax and get a big bottle of water... Start tracking your cramps/contractions... If the time between them become regular then call the on call to see if they want you to head to L&D - or they'll tell you when you should go in
Also track how long each one lasts and see if that's consistent. Most likely it's a bout of false labor but you never know!
