After birth how long do i have to wait till I can use a Goodell?

My mom got me a few of these to help me get my body back after having my baby. My question is when would I be able to wear it? I know right after having a baby your body is extremely sore and sensitive. I don't want to hurt myself by using one to soon. Had anyone used one and when did you start using it?

They say u suppose to wait a month but I'm choosing to put mine as soon as I leave the hospital , if not right after I give birth.

I had a c section and was in spandex by day 3 pp. it actually helped make everything feel better and "in place"

It depends on you. I have a vaginal birth, got a 3rd degree tear and honestly could've gone to work 2 weeks after he was born. You'll know when the time is right. I would personally wait until my never ending period finally let up though ;)
