Semen time frame?

wondered if it is better to leave the semen in overnight? Or what is the time frame I should leave it in?

They are faster than you think, I have read you don't have to wait around more than 15 min. They can live in your cervical mucus as long as it is a healthy environment for 3-5 days.  I have had friends get pregnant on top and they went pee right after and thought it all "slid out". For months I would do the pillow and even stood on my head a couple of times. Turns out it could get them closer to the cervix but it is not necessary to get pregnant. It can't hurt leaving it in all night but make sure you don't skip going pee after sex just to keep it in, I did this our first month ttc and got a bad bladder infection.
