Anyone swelling at 20 weeks or more?

I've only noticed it in my hands so far😱 makes me nervous about it getting worse. I drink plenty of water but I'm wondering if any Moms have had it in the second trimester and did anything to help it? Suggestions are much appreciated thank you 😩😔

I've been swelling for weeks (I'm 25 weeks now). I even had to buy a fake wedding band because mine has long since  fit. The only thing that really helps with my legs/feet swelling is to keep them up as much as possible. Nothing had helped with my hands,  and the tingling toes and fingers are the worst. I hope you find some relief.

I did when I had my daughter, my feet looked ridiculous! 
Try and keep your feet elevated about your hips (pillows help) as much as possible for the fluid to drain back. Be mindful that if you get any headaches with blinding lights with excessive swelling it can be an early sign of pre - eclampsia xxxx
